Aerobics class is a semester course. Student's in this course will gain the understanding of Aerobic and Anaerobic exercise, will calculate heart rates and understand the purpose of it, and learn the major and minor muscles of the anatomy. Course activities includes, but is not limited to:

  • Step Aerobics
  • Jogging/Walking
  • Yoga
  • Aerobic Kick boxing
  • Weight Room Curcuit Stations
